Returns and Cancellations

We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for an exchange or full refund.

You can return an item for any reason such as faulty, not as described or fit for purpose. The contents must be posted back to us in the condition they arrived to you within 14 days of receipt.

Return postage will be paid by the customer if the order is no longer wanted. If the reason for the return is our fault, return postage will be paid by Treat Trunk.  Please send via tracked delivery as we cannot exchange or refund until the box arrives back with us.

We will post exchanges out within 2 working days of receiving your return first class – so your new Trunk should arrive with you within 2 days of posting.

If you wish to return an item, please notify us by email at [email protected] We will then process your return.

Exchanges will be posted out within 2 working days and will arrive within 2 days of posting and refunds will show in your bank within 5-10 days.
