Treat Trunk Affiliate Programme Terms

Last updated: 4 October 2026

These terms apply to everyone who joins the Treat Trunk Affiliate Programme (the “Programme”). The Programme is run by Treat Trunk Ltd (company number 15624707, registered office 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE) (“Treat Trunk”, “we”, “us”). By applying to or taking part in the Programme, you (“you”, “the Affiliate”) agree to these terms.

1. Who can join

2. Your affiliate link

Once approved, you’ll get a unique affiliate link and access to the affiliate portal at treattrunk.co.uk/affiliate-home, where you can see your clicks, sales and commission. You must use your affiliate link (or links built from it) for sales to be tracked. We can only pay commission on sales our system records against your link.

3. Commission

4. Payment

5. How you can promote Treat Trunk

You may share your link on your website, blog, social media, newsletter and other channels you own or run. When you do:

6. What isn’t allowed

We may withhold commission earned through activity that breaks these rules, and may close your account.

7. Customers

Anyone who buys through your link becomes our customer, and our usual terms, prices and policies apply to their order. Prices and products may change, so please don’t show prices in content that won’t be updated.

8. Ending the arrangement

Either of us can end your participation at any time by giving written notice (email is fine). We may also change or close the Programme at any time. When your participation ends, please remove your links and our branding from your channels. We’ll pay any approved commission over £20 that you have earned through permitted activity up to that date.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll email active affiliates about significant changes, and the latest version will always be on this page. If you keep promoting Treat Trunk after a change, you accept the updated terms.

10. Liability

You are an independent promoter, not our employee, agent or partner. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under the Programme is limited to the commission due to you, and we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
