  • 1. These terms and conditions apply between you, the User of this Website (including any sub-domains, unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions), and Treat Trunk, the owner and operator of this Website.
  • 2. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your legal rights. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.
  • 3. In these terms and conditions, User or Users means any third party that accesses the Website and/or purchases a product and is not either (i) employed by Treat Trunk and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to Treat Trunk and accessing the Website in connection with the provision of such services.
  • 4. You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Website and to purchase goods via this Website. By using the Website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age.
  1. Intellectual property and acceptable use
  • 1. All Content included on the Website or any promotion material is the property of Treat Trunk, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. In these terms and conditions, Content means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Website. By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. Nothing on this site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, logo or service mark displayed on the site without the owner’s prior written permission
  • 2. You may, for your own personal, non-commercial use only, do the following:
    • 2.1. retrieve, display and view the Content on a computer screen
    • 2.2. print one copy of the Content
  • 3. You must not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy, distribute or use for commercial purposes any Content without the written permission of Treat Trunk.
  1. Prohibited use
  • 1. You may not use the Website for any of the following purposes:
    • 1.1. in any way which causes, or may cause, damage to the Website or interferes with any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Website;
    • 1.2. in any way which is harmful, unlawful, illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening or otherwise objectionable or in breach of any applicable law, regulation, governmental order;
    • 1.3. making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of Content protected by copyright without the permission of the owner.
  1. Order Process
  • 1. For direct consumers, when you place an order with Treat Trunk you will be sent an order confirmation by email detailing your order. If you believe there is an error in your order confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours from receiving your order confirmation.
  • 2. For business or trade customers, you are required to place an order via email, following which we will send you an invoice. If you believe there is any error in your order, please contact us via email within 48 hours of placing your order. These terms and conditions will apply to any order.
  • 3. Orders must be placed by the end of the month to begin your subscription the following month. Very occasionally we may have to replace certain items in the full size box if we run out of stock as we buy the stock before the end of the month to make sure the boxes are packed in time and the contents list is ready. We will replace any missing items with the closest item of equivalent type or value.
  • 4. If you select a welcome box, a box will be posted within 2 working days of ordering. Your next box will be posted around the 10th of the following month, this will be your first box if you didn’t choose to receive a welcome box. Renewal payments are the last day of every month.
  1. Payment
  • 1. Payment for any order online (excluding trade/business orders) is made via Stripe who accept debit and credit cards or Apple Pay. All prices are in pounds sterling, include any applicable VAT and all prices are clearly labelled on the Website.
  • 2. By purchasing a monthly Treat Trunk subscription, you are consenting to a recurring purchase that will charge you every month on the last day of the month. If you selected to receive a welcome box you will be charged for that immediately. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive monthly periods, at the standard subscription rate, removing any one-off discounts. Cancellation information can be found below.
  • 3. If a subscription renewal fails, this may be due to a number of reasons. Any payment information that you have changed may affect the payment, or it may be due to insufficient funds on the card you have registered for payment. We will retry payment every day for 10 days, after which if payment is still unsuccessful we will cancel your subscription and any pending shipments.
  • 4. Payment for the goods must be received in whole by Treat Trunk before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
  1. Shipping
  • 1. Shipping of Treat Trunk subscriptions are around the 10th of each month via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery, however we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case and actual delivery dates can vary from time to time. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your trunk has been posted.
  • 2. We aim to post one off trunks within 2 working days of receiving an order. These will be shipped by Royal Mail on a 2 working day 2nd class service.
  • 3. Whilst we endeavour to ship all trunks in accordance with the above timeline, any delay in the postal service is outside of our control and thus delivery times may fluctuate.
  • 4. Should your subscription order not arrive by the 20th of the month, please contact Treat Trunk. You must let us know within 14 days of shipping that your box hasn’t arrived for a replacement or refund. We will need to track this through Royal Mail to confirm it is lost before sending a replacement.
  1. Returns & Cancellations
  • 1. We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but should the item be faulty or unfit for purpose, you can return within 14 days of receipt to receive a full refund or replacement.
  • 2. The contents of the order must be posted back to us in the condition they arrived to you within 14 days of receipt. Please send via tracked delivery as we cannot exchange or refund until the box arrives back with us.
  • 3. We will post exchanges out within 2 working days of receiving your return. Refunds take 5-10 days to clear in your account.
  • 4. If you wish to return an item, please notify us by email at [email protected]. We will then process your return.
  • 5. You can pause, cancel or switch your subscription at any time by logging into your account HERE. If you’re having difficulty doing so please email us at [email protected].
  1. Disclaimers
  • 1. Photos and images are shown for illustration purposes only and contents of the trunks change monthly. Photos of box contents and item lists will be shared after the boxes have been received so as to retain the surprise element. 
  • 2. We sell 2 sizes of boxes; a full-size (22-25 snacks) and mini (12-15 snacks). All snacks are vegan friendly which means they may have been packed in a factory that contains animal products but will not contain them in the ingredients themselves.
  • 3. Allergies – Please leave a note in the allergy box at checkout if you have any specific dietary needs and be sure to let us know if ‘may contains’ is acceptable. It’s very important and we advise to always double check ingredients on the packets.
  • 4. ALWAYS READ THE LABEL. If you suffer from known allergies, again, please read the product’s ingredients list prior to consumption. Treat Trunk does not accept responsibility for any adverse reactions caused by consumption of an allergen from our boxes.
  • 5. While many of the snacks will be suitable for children under 3 years of age, some definitely won’t be. It is your responsibility to ensure your children are safe when consuming any snacks and to be mindful of any choke hazards.  Please read the back of each individual snack packet and use your judgement when giving to children under 3 years of age.

  • 1. Any online facilities, tools, products, services or information that Treat Trunk makes available through the Website (the Service) is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by the law, we provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality.  Treat Trunk is under no obligation to update information on the Website.
  • 2. Whilst Treat Trunk uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Website is secure and free of errors, viruses and other malware, we give no warranty or guaranty in that regard and all Users take responsibility for their own security, that of their personal details and their computers.
  • 3. Treat Trunk accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website, or for any unavailability or delay in shipping of goods.

    • 3.3. any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.

  • 1. You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
  • 2. These terms and conditions may be varied by us from time to time. Such revised terms will apply to the Website from the date of publication. Users should check the terms and conditions regularly to ensure familiarity with the then current version.
  • 3. These terms and conditions together with the Privacy Policy contains the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersedes all prior discussions, arrangements or agreements that might have taken place in relation to the terms and conditions.
  • 4. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these terms and conditions and no third party will have any right to enforce or rely on any provision of these terms and conditions.

  • 7. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and all disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
